We're all highly experienced social researchers, with expertise in qualitative methods such as in-depth interviews, focus groups and deliberative events, quantitative approaches such as surveys, as well as behavioural research techniques.
We're as comfortable engaging with board-level stakeholders as we are exploring the needs and experiences of service users.
We can work with you to figure out how to get to your destination, whether that's solving a problem or working out a strategy. We've worked in senior roles in the NHS and know how to break down your needs, come up with a plan, and deliver it alongside you.
The NHS and Integrated Care Systems work best when stakeholders work together and that will always be our starting point: identifying who we need to engage with and who needs to be a partner in the work.

White Tail was founded in 2023 by Chris Branson. He previously spent nine years at NHS England, most recently as Head of System Development. He is a healthcare strategy and transformation expert, with a focus on the use of insight and intelligence in Integrated Care Systems, and considerable experience in engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders.
