Policy and lived experience
White Tail specialises in policy and lived experience, with proven expertise in driving creative and pragmatic change in the health sector, with a focus on those who are lesser heard from or are facing health inequalities.
Centering lived experience within policy development is a key tenet of White Tail's ethos. We know from practice that co-produced policy strategies and recommendations are more likely to lead to lasting change that address real-life need.
As with our research offer, our core team comprises highly experienced policy influencers who have worked across multiple systems and with senior stakeholders to create tangible change. Where needed we can tap into a range of talented associates to add to our skill set.
