
We now have an opt-out system in England, Wales and Scotland, where consent is presumed unless you actively opt-out. But we know that many families still ask to override the automatic opt-in so you can make it easier for your loved ones by actively opting in yourself. But most importantly just talk to your family about what you want – the new opt-out system has actually seen donation decrease and one theory is that we have just stopped talking about it so at the worst time of their lives families just don't know what to do.
